  • Intern

    No More Tears is accepting high school and undergraduate interns who want to gain experience working with justice service providers.

    NMT has hosted Community Empowerment Activist Interns from USF for more than 4 years!

    We accept interns on a rolling basis and occasionally have specific internship opportunities.

Ways to Volunteer

  • Attend Healing Circles or Workshops inside San Quentin State Prison as an outside guest.

  • No More Tears has several working committees that meet on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. If you’re looking to become a very active and involved member of our organization, join a working committee!

  • We are looking for professionals to assist with accounting, marketing, branding, and expansion of our organization. Any professional services rendered to NMT will be on a volunteer/in-kind basis. Specifically, we’re looking for:

    An attorney who specializes in business and nonprofit work to assist with legal and tax issues as needed

    Assistance with our financial record keeping from someone with experience

    Grant writing and grant opportunity research

  • NMT is in the process of capacity building to expand our services and the amount of people we can service.
